I don’t want to offend older women

I’m a pretty friendly guy so I’ve gotten to know a lot of the women in my day to day life. I tend to gravitate towards the older women. Some of them are clearly attracted to me.
I’m physically attracted to most of them and I like them all enough to be friends with. But, I don’t want to make them uncomfortable. These women are casual friends and I’d like it to stay that way.
I feel like showing any more romantic interest than a compliment or a little touch on the arm is going to creep them out. Should this worry me? I’ve always done well women my age. Should I just treat them like they’re my age?
