Anyway, after reading content in this group and others, as well as reading responses to my original post and DM’s, I’ve decided to put some feelers out next time he and I interact to see what happens.

I’m not a “let’s be reckless and immediately jump in bed“ type of chick, so it’ll be none of that, but I’m curious to see how he’ll react if I give him a sign that I might be equally attracted.

I was lying here tonight, and I thought of something else that happened last year that I forgot to include in my original post yesterday:

1. I made dinner for our group one weekend. He sat beside me at dinner and raved about the food and started telling me how well he cooks and that he’ll cook if I ever visit him on campus (I haven’t).

2. I’m a sports fanatic and he and almost everyone in his family seriously HATES the college team I root for. However, last year during a stay at his their house while he was away at school, his bedroom was the guest room they put me in. I opened a drawer to put my clothes away & in the drawer was a hoodie with MY team’s logo on it.😂🤔💭 I’ve never seen him wear it, ever. Yet he always makes fun of my team, picking them to lose even though they’re historically one of the best football teams in the country.

I also did some research about signs of someone being attracted to you and so much of what he does was on that list, especially the part about constantly letting a person know that you’re single, which he does all the time.

I was also looking over photos I’ve taken over the past year and photos where I’m the photographer, his expression is like someone flirting and his eyes light up. And the other photos taken by other people, he has a cut and paste expression on his face and his smile/emotion don’t reach his eyes.

It will be at least a month or so before we are in each other’s orbit again, but I plan to say or do something to let him know I’ve picked up on his signals and see what happens from there. At the minimum I’ll have my confirmation. After reading all of the signs, I realize I must’ve been living under a rock to not have realized it sooner.

This all feels like I’m setting the stage for a Lifetime movie type of situation. Movie title: His College Seduction🤦🏾‍♀️
