About 5 months ago I (38m) became good friends with a coworker (59f). She has a ongoing joke that I’m her “woke husband”. Every now and then we go out to a local pub and grab a few beers and talk about what’s going on outside of work. In these past 5 months we have become really close and tell each other everything. Last night, we went to a local rooftop bar with other coworkers at a nice hotel and had the drinks flowing. After, we head back to our cars and she asks if I want to keep drinking at our local pub..of course I do, duh lol. We always flirt w each other when there is drinks involved. I one time drunkenly told her that I have a crush on her, which she later told me had been on her mind every since. At the pub she starts letting the liquor get the best of her and the conversation turns sexual. Nothing too crazy, just past sexual experiences and what not. Fast Forward, we leave the bar and I’m driving her home, and she tells me she wants to kiss me!
Every stop sign or light we kissed. I probably should’ve seen this coming from a mile away. I hope the next time we see each other there isn’t any awkwardness between us. Any advise on what to do moving forward?
