Just wanted to get this off my chest. I’m a bit fed up of in my city & country for eg on meet-up whenever I see speed dating it is ALWAYS for eg 20s & 30s or say 40s-50s or whatever. Like it’s just - ok so why can’t there be events like this: Say 21 to any age but people can write the age range they are willing to talk to or maybe do that before the event & then if there’s matches then yay. Or just have 21 ages speed dating & let people decide for themselves. It’s like they ASSume that for eg nobody 20s & 30s could POSSIBLY want to speed date say someone in their 40s & 50s so they don’t even give that option. If there are singles events that is all ages it goes the OTHER extreme with things like big parties where it’s harder to get to know people. And while there was maybe 1 or 2 cougars & cub meet-ups in my city I think now we don’t even have THAT any more. But plenty of events came up today that if you’re not 49 or under, even for social events not even singles things, you can’t go. So I left about 4 of these groups today.

Sorry rant over it just annoys me. Plus I’m not massively photogenic & when I tried online dating a lot of guys ONLY wanted sex so I think offline dating is what I need to be trying instead. But these restrictions really don’t help.
