I (42F) met a (20M) cub at work. We casually flirted for a month and he eventually asked for my number. (I know, dating coworkers is a bad idea, but he was really cute and I couldn’t help myself). We agreed to keep it casual, and not change the way we behave at work or talk personal things at work. Things were going great in the beginning and we did do the deed after the second date. Things got busy at work for him so he was texting less frequently over the next couple of weeks. Now, he hasn’t responded to my texts for a week - the first text was a check in to see how he was, and the second a few days later was to see if he wanted to go out again. Should I confront him at work about this? Or should I just assume that he’s not interested anymore and is ghosting me?
