How do you use this All-Purpose Seasoning?

Our family dinners are heavy on the curry and stew side with the occasional pasta dinner twice a month.
How can I incorporate this in all my dishes? Can I use it in South Asian dishes or are there specific dishes this is meant to be used in?
Since there is a lot of dried aromatics in this would this be suited more in stews to let them re-hydrate or can you use it as is in marinades, rubs and stir frys?
