Official Poutition: Bring Back the Original Gravy!
Post Body

Calling all poutine lovers!

Around pandemic times or shortly thereafter, Costco changed their poutine gravy supplier/recipe.

It used to taste like a chalet sauce, and was lighter in colour.

Now it's more like beef gravy, saltier and darker. I know traditional poutine calls for beef gravy, but Costco's poutines were once known for their uniqueness and amazing cheese curds.

Feel free to comment below if you agree, let's hear your thoughts! If this Poutition gets enough attention, maybe Costco Head office and/or CBC marketplace can help our voice be heard!

P.S. as Canadians, we are blessed to have Costco poutine on our menu! Costco in Michigan doesn't even have fries on theirs!
