So... ordered a Samsung double oven range back in June. Got it delivered in November. The delivery people neglected to show me that there was damage on two sides of the range. So I called Costco and Samsung brought out new panels. When they opened the oven up they noticed there was frame damage most likely from a forklift. Called Costco and they were out of stock and they didn't know when they get more in. They said I have 90 days to return it so I returned it on day 89. The scheduled pick up for this damaged range is Monday February 21st. This week Costco got the same range that I originally ordered back in stock so I ordered a new one for delivery on Saturday February 19th. Truck shows up and they unbox the range and it's the wrong one. The label with my name was on the wrong box. So I had to refuse delivery and now have to wait until Thursday February 24th to hopefully get the correct range delivered. I now have to take an entire day off of work to wait for delivery.
Is there any recourse I can take with Costco compensation wise since I have to burn one of my personal days because of their mistake? I've been very nice and pleasant with everybody I've interacted with but I'm at the point of just utter frustration with Costco Logistics.
