I ask because I bought a dishwasher online from costco and it includes white glove delivery. Based on my zip code the white glove included delivery, installation, and haul away of the old one. However the delivery folks dropped it off and said the installers would be by later to install. I asked when and they instructed me to call customer service...as I had things to do, I did. After an hour on the phone they said the delivery people were wrong and the zip list was wrong. Installation and haul away was not included.

To their credit, they refunded me $150 to hire a local installer. I'm a die hard costco fan, but I'm just frustrated. Curious if this has happened to anyone else
