I have both a Sam’s club and Costco Membership but only have ordered on Sam’s, for the past 5 orders they have been terribly late with my order and inconsistent with service.

I’m pretty flexible and not too concerned with orders being a few hours late but it has gotten to the point where the delays are pushing my order to next day.

Often times I have to call to figure out where my order is, and I have coordinate another delivery with the store.

More recently I had my order handed off to a person by the delivery driver and stolen.

From this point I am looking to doing Costco and dropping Sam’s entirely, but I’m afraid it’s going to be the same issues.

I believe it’s the 3rd part org that is creating the issues but correct me if I’m wrong I think they both do delivery with Instacart.

Any insight into Costco delivery and your experiences would be helpful.
