So versatile. Kbbq, Japanese hot pot shabu shabu, ny cheese steak sandwiches, beef and broccoli, stir fry noodles with veggies and slice ny steak.
You get about 10 plates for 4.95 lbs with 10 slices a plate. The slices of meat are long and needed to be folded in half or cut again.
Another option is if you have a meat slicer is to buy the prime rib eye steaks and slice them yourself.
