I thought it was a prank when I saw it. As a person that doesn’t really take advantage of Costco’s impressive return policy, would a person receive a full refund?

This is not funny. The Costco store policy must be change in order to avoid situations like this one. There are some people who will abuse the system if there is only a chance.
