YSK: Many Medicaid plans (especially in NV) offer recipients a free Costco Gold Membership.

Medicaid works differently in every state. If a state has several Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), it is likely at least one offers a free Costco membership.
This is explicitly true for Nevada Medicaid recipients with an MCO in Clark and Washoe Counties. If you have Anthem or SilverSummit, you can get a free membership to Costco. It is considered a "value-added benefit".
