Prescriptions / Executive Membership

My daughter is an employee and therefore has a Free Executive membership. I am one of her addon's but my card is a Business card so I don't get any rebates on my purchases.
So I have a couple questions:
- Are prescription purchases eligible for Executive rebates,
- Will she be able to pick them up for me, or will I have to do it myself?
We're talking about $3500 worth of prescriptions (after insurance) over the course of the year.
