Hey guys, My fiance and I are traveling here in November. We have everything essentially planned out already. We are flying into San Jose and then renting a car and driving down to Uvita or 7 nights 8 days. We are then coming back and staying one night in a hotel near SJO for our morning flight back to the states.

So I have a few questions. Are there any rental car agencies actually in the airport like there are here in the states? I have read that you have to shuttle away from the airport to get your car, which is fine but im worried about timing with driving from our hotel in San Jose to the drop off point and then the shuttle back.

Also if we can actually get a car at the airport it self, and drop it back we were thinking of staying at the Holiday Inn right across the way, has anyone stayed there? If not we were thinking of getting a hotel close to the drop point of the car to avoid some of the morning traffic.
