Roads In July

Post Body
Hey I’m planning a trip in July to the Guanacaste region and maybe Jaco mostly to surf. I keep hearing horror stories about the road conditions in the rainy season but how bad is it if you stick to main roads? I’m a fairly new surfer so I’m not trying to go way off the beaten path. I’ll likely go from San Jose, to Tamarindo, and Nosara and maybe Santa Teresa assuming it’s all passable by car.
