I'm going to be attending The Elfsong Tavern event at GenCon in Indy this year and I'm going as a succubus. I want to paint my fingers and toes black. I'm limited to what is available for in store pick up and under 30$ total. I have seen folks use colored hairspray and setting spray but I am worried about transfer to my date or the event space or strangers... it's just rude. I can't wear the gloves because of sensory issues. What's the best thing to use? (Things to note: my nails will be natural but painted. I'm only wearing one ring. No other hand or wrist jewelry. I'm wearing all black. I'm only going to paint or dye to just past my middle knuckle.)
