I’m a bit of an overachiever and have a “blue sky” mentality when it comes to some stuff, to my detriment as I tend to over-engineer. So feel free to reign me in, but my hope is to make something quasi-realistic
I’d like to create a set of antenna for an andorian cosplay (From Star Trek). I’d like to base it on the Star Trek-Enterprise from Michael Westmore. The goal is to modify/use a BCI to read emotions and trigger a set of pre-programmed positions to replicate the emotion the antenna are meant to convey and maintain ambient motion by means of micro-servos.
Any tips/suggestions for integrating a computer like this? I know I can probably simplify to something like a flex sensor, but I’d like to make it inconspicuous.
