So. With the most recent series of science experiments done by our favorite lawman on Trellium I came to realize something that I found fascinating.
We have a bunch of circuit components now. Odiums metal can act as a conductor (and diode)
Trellium can react to the presence of investiture with motion.
If you configure two wires of odiums metal next to each other, with a third almost bridging the gap then use some mechanism driven by trellium reacting to another source of investiture... you can use that last source to toggle on or off the connection.
For those who have not clued in. That's a fucking transistor. Powered by investiture.
Sure, there are problems with this. The foremost being the requirement for two separate god metals but... in theory you could creat a Turing complete computer with these inveistors (investiture transistors)
Is this useful or relevant? Probably not, but it is FASCINATING. To me at least, and no one I know in real life will listen to my crazy ramblings about magical circuits
