On the origin of "Cephandrius"

So we just got another confirmation on Topaz/Hoid/Wit's most known name to the Shards - Cephandrius.
Cephandrius appears to be a rought combination of two Latinized Greek words - "Head" and "Man," or 'head with man/man with head.'
From a WOB, we know we end the first in the Dragonsteel sequence, Hoid ends the book being beheaded.
Hoid basically named himself "person who still has a head," or, "I lived, bitch"
