Hi everyone, i am refurbishing a 90 c4 and i have a question that i cant find a good answer to in the haynes or fsm. 1. I have a high idle(i believe) at 1500 when parked and warm, even in gear it is still 1300, most people have said 450-650 for normal. Having the coolant bypass on this car(like this when i purchased) could not having the coolant run through the throttle body cause the IAC to be off making the rpms run higher? I have no vacuum leaks detectable by smoke test and i cant adjust the screw because of the lock out. Im stumped
