Here is the basics of my hack for Vampire. I've got future plans (including some guidelines for new bloodlines and factions, as well as other "creature" types, although for the latter I'm not going to leave the source material behind, probably).
If you have feedback or find it useful, please let me know. Part of what I love in Cortex Prime is that I don't have to "translate" everything from a given setting or rules-set, but rather I can use the existing tools and let the fiction inform the rules, so that is what I tried to do here.
