I've had the Ironclaw RGB Wireless mouse for about 8 months now, and I'm having this continual issue, pretty much exclusively while playing games, where it will lock up and not respond to input for a second or two, and this happens every 3-4 seconds or so. if I'm firing a weapon in an FPS, it will not stop firing, even if I let go of the mouse, and I cannot aim anywhere, until it decides it wants to work again. I have tried updating the firmware for the mouse and receiver, updating iCUE, repair installing iCUE, and even plugging the mouse directly into my PC, and nothing works. can someone please help me with this issue before I create a warranty exchange ticket?
