Haven’t had 24 hours. Virtuoso se.

As it says. I got them yesterday. Played several hours (until 2:30 AM CST.) no issues. Now they won’t come on. At all. Regardless of what I’ve tried. They’re not flashing red. (Usb dongle is) Have tried forcing firmware update to it. No luck. Bought new from Best Buy 11/13/23.

Upon completion of literally trying everything suggested online. Nothing worked. So made a claim.

While making claim was asked for S/N. Didn’t know how to find it. Figured out where it was but had to google how to remove ear muffs. Upon removal of ear muffs noticed all the screws had been messed with. (Could be factory errors) But I believe Corsair re sold someone else’s problem headset after they returned it. The muffs are brand new. But the screws are wore out!!

Anyone got a solution to it not powering on. Or icue not pulling up anything other than keyboard and USB dongle?
