Help with local artist

Seeking advice from those familiar with the Corpus Christ Art Scene. I came across these and noticed that the larger one was done by Carolyn Jane Rex whose stuff is in local galleries, art centers, and has shown at other spots state wide and has a presence on Ebay.
The smaller one is not labeled, but could easily be attributed to her as well.
Is anyone willing to take a Stab at what these are and rough value estimate and possibly a new home for one or both?
