So my dad is in a bit of a dilemma. He tends to do things last minute no matter how often people tell him to do something and it might bite him in the ass this time

For the last few years he's been paying his taxes and filing accordingly. However, whenever he files for the tax return, he never gets it. It was in November that he was notified that his SS# was inactive which sucks cause he's been paying taxes using that SS#

My question is will he still be able to receive the stimulus check? He falls well below the threshold of $75k and since all the SS offices are closed for in person contact, his only option is to try to fix this online.
