It's a bit more complicated than what you say though.
Those doctors have used a really questionable methodology to scale up the results of their own clinics to the whole state country world.
It's fallacious and was pointed by several people in the comments of their vid.

This vid is a perfect example of what we call in QA sampling bias. And definitely shouldn't be considered as some serious or trustable content. I'm not commenting the conclusions though, just the method, which can't give other results under other circumstances, which makes it questionable
