According to GRFC report issued on Tuesday 135 million people were starving at a life threatening level (Ipc/Ch phase 3, or above). And 100 extra million were just starving at a non life threatening level.

Those figures are from 2019, not a projection. You already have, in the world 235000000 folks not eating enough.

Maybe this reporter was lazy enough to give up reading the report before p207 where the forecast for 2020 including covid impact scenarios is...
