Let's not just complain about infringement upon our freedoms and the numerous atrocities by the Deep State, big pharma, satanic pedophile rings, corruption of the big investment banks and the Feds, corporate America, Monsanto & big food, the MICC, the Blue Church, online censorship, the CIA, NSA, etc. Why don't we do something about it?

Dialogue is good. The internet is a powerful weapon. But is it enough?

Legislative reform is as slow moving as a glacier and may or may not go in the right way. Besides the system is corrupt and broken from the bottom up and the top down.

Can Trump and the Q team really save us? Are they our only hope? Seems so.

When NSA whistle blower William Binney said the goal of the NSA is population control in 2014 he was asked what we can do to change things? His answer is to "fire everyone in Washington". He seemed to mean it.

Are we past reform?

How can we bring about decentralization of power aimed at the long-term aggregate flourishing of mankind. Why is it that a few thousand people pull the strings of the world, committing unthinkable evils against hundreds of thousands of human beings being trafficked and we all just want to rely in Trump to fix it, watch TED Talks and make blog posts? Even if he takes down the Deep State, it's heads and key players we still have a system that does not protect against corporatism and elections which rely on who can make the most Machiavellian friends.

Are we on the brink of a revolution? A reset? Self-implosion as the Marxists and Islam infiltrate our schools and Congress?

According to my game-plan, the People's United States of America should involve:

A partial overhaul of the Constitution, where the executive and legislative branches are no more and the Supreme Court is restructured. They do not provide an adequate distribution of powers and their checks and balances are easily corrupted bu Alinksyites and such.

The focus will be on redistribution of powers among committees who gain their positions based on rigorous objective testing, where any citizen can sign up without having to waste hundreds of millions of dollars on political campaigns which are full of lies. NO MORE SPOILS SYSTEM - NONE.

The superfluous inefficient, corruption prone offices of president, vice-president and seats in congress will be a thing of the past.

Pay will be good, as to incentive pursuit of the job and to protect against coercion and bribery, but standardized, meaning consistent and the same for each member. Participants will be anonymous to prevent lobbying and cronyism - with a public spokesman will be appointed for each committee.

Committees will consist of heads from each party, from each state, and each committee will have research think tanks consisting of teams of scholars, researchers and journalists committed to furthering the long-term aggregate flourishing of mankind. These think tanks will be appointed randomly according to test scores at Universities and other similar means.

Positions will be regularly rotated as well. For example, every two years 10 people will be rotated out and 10 new people in - or something of that nature. They will be our philosopher kings from all walks of society and economic tiers. This is to maximize on human potential from among the ranks of the population - so none of our geniuses get overlooked or fall through the cracks. The country will no longer be run by ultra-wealthy "whigs" and the military industrial complex, big food, big pharma, heartless child rapists, and thieves of humanity.

There will be separate committees for foreign affairs, public relations, monetary policy, business regulation, national defense, etc. Board minutes will be transparent to the public with code names for each participant - with exceptions for national security, but even these will be vetted by intelligence and a robust anti-corruption committee.

Politics will no longer be based on personality, political machines, smear campaigns, propaganda or persuasion tactics - but on anonymity, decentralization of power and bona fide merit of the gifted and diligent. Those people from all levels of society who are most appropriately gifted and driven for the task.

The income tax and most tariffs (with the exception of communist or totalitarian nations - they will not be allowed to invest in American companies at all) and most private sectors will be done away with, except for national defense, terrorism prevention and possibly highways. Education, the food industry and hospitals will become privately run with transparency laws enforced and regulations on monopolies and trusts, working conditions, and pay - however, it will highly favor a system of free market capitalism, with checks to prevent Robber Barons and generational corruption. No more stock buy backs by the way. The market will be structured to be built strictly on supply and demand with each stock and share on a tamper-proof blockchain to avoid phantom shares and other stock manipulations.

Companies which grow to a certain point will be divided in two or three (with the original owner keeping shares in the split). Large companies will have a fixed tax, like everyone else with no loopholes. Men whose income surpasses a certain threshold will decide how to divvy up that access to the cause of the nation, with the long-term flourishing of aggregate mankind as a high priority. Inheritances will be regulated as well, with a cap per beneficiary, and the remainder divvied up to sectors according to the will of the deceased, for the sake of all humanity.

Liberty people will say this is stealing. I would respond by saying no wealth is created without collective humanity's involvement. No currency is currency without collective faith in it as such. It is not socialism - it is a free market with long-term aggregate flourishing of humanity in mind. Generational wealth consolidates too much power and has shown to hurt people. Liberty is not an end all trump card. Liberty is good and even best except for when it hurts others, except for when it hinders the long-term aggregate optimal flourishing of humanity.

Education will be restructured to steward time and optimize learning. The government will have an educational committee committed to producing standard, objective and unbiased educational videos for the masses on basic things such as math, science, reading and writing. Education above and beyond these basics, anything that includes personal values and perspectives, will be left to the prerogatives of homes and private institutions.

Included in the basics of education will be logic, research and critical thinking, how to read well, media literacy and important life skills, such as budgeting, self-awareness, ethics and interpersonal skills. A high value will be placed on knowledge as capital, civil liberties, human dignity the sanctity of life and the ultimate objective of the aggregate long-term flourishing of mankind.

Government regulations will be kept to a minimum and they will no longer have a heavy hand or monopoly in transportation, education, medical, food regulation (except for preventing contamination, sickness and unethical production practices), postal services, telephone, electricity, etc, other than certain regulatory measures on the corporations to minimize exploitation of the working class, while still allowing those who work their way to the top to profit well, only without meddling in politics and becoming more excessively wealthy than necessary. The most rich will be the most heavily audited. Measures will be in place to prevent auditors and regulators from being corrupt.

The Fed and the income tax will be done away with entirely. The dollar will die along with its dead presidents and we will rebuild. There will be the strictest of measures taken against fractional reserve banking, QE and inflationary manipulation.

Wall Street and other market systems will be completely revamped and the CIA disbanded into a million pieces with checks against a private resurrection. The censoring of information and the collecting and selling of people's private data online will be serious crimes against humanity, punishable by law.

A new monetary system will be established from ground zero. It will be private, yet auditable (privacy for the weak, transparency for the strong), and use an expansionary currency based on annual GDP adjusted, using multi-sig oracles. A second option would be a steady tamper-proof 1-2% annual inflation. A small percentage to fund the government's ability to protect its citizens will come out of each block mined. All US citizens will be invited to join the network at kickoff (and any time thereafter) - so everyone will be helping secure the network and be rewarded for that. When people die a certain percentage of their wealth will be "burned".

There will be a start-up premine to transition away from the dollar and gold. A market value of each will be determined and tradeable for the coins. Gold is an unreliable form of currency although it was the best option we had in the past, it is now outdated and it's stock-to-flow ration could be drastically inflated or manipulated by warehouses.

Each new person, confirmed by their identity, that joins the network will mine 10,000 coins. However, to earn these coins in increments over time the machine must be left running. Each new person can join only once, but they may mine with multiple machines. For each machine they add they will receive an additional 500 coins. This is to incentive decentralization to strengthen the network, reward those who help do so and, as the population grows, each person will add value to the economy. Upon death, coins will be divvied according to inheritance regulations via the smart contract. Should a person die multi-sig access can be provided to their family and an attorney.

Anyone from any nation can join the network or trade in their gold once a true market value has been discovered (which will be greatly affected by the fact that it is no longer used as money but only used for it's material properties).

The mining algorithms will allow mining by ASICs, GPU, CPU and cellphones. It will be a monetary policy and currency unable to be manipulated. A currency for the people by the people - in every way. Everyone will be a miner. There will be no credit in the money supply and banking credit will be greatly reigned in. Those who create value will earn value.

We will strive to not default on debts to any nations but negotiate a settlement on a case by case basis, with the goal to be debt free in under a decade. However, we may default on our debt to China for what they have done. Hey, Jackson did it and JFK got us to the moon in under 10 years.

Ownership of land will remain, but there will be a flat small tax per acre and per story that is unchanged regardless of land or property value (This is open to debate as the best way to implement it). There will be no excise taxes. If governments need money they can form business and compete with the private sector like everyone else, without cheap credit, inflation manipulation or kickbacks.

State tax policies are to be determined by each state.

Employees may be given new opportunities to work their way into shared ownership of companies. Maximum stock ownership in any company will be reduced per entity. All stocks and shares will go on a transparent blockchain to prevent phantom shares and other means of manipulation. Derivatives will be illegal, or drastically minimized.

No back doors or front doors will be tolerated in any consumer electronics.

Voting on policies will be done by the people on a public blockchain. People who score higher on aptitude tests in certain areas will have a greater weight to their vote. They can also gain voting power by giving to projects and volunteering time, or gaining experience in public sectors or related occupations to relevant bills.

Yes, the economy will suffer in the beginning - but you all have your skills and ability to work and can easily go and produce value again - that is real wealth creation - not some metal randomly dug up from the earth and manipulated in the warehouses, on phantom certificates, double-shares and on the market. And not some magic currency based on debts and a grand lie to pay it back whos only value is from global blind faith, i.e. mass deception, and enforced tyranny through unconstitutional federalist/marxist taxes.

As far as the Corona virus goes (this part was written back in March). A list of occupations will be made which cannot be done via distance, then we'll rank each in priority. Also to be taken into account will be who lives with who and if they can bring sicknesses home and endanger others.

20% of the population at a time will be allowed to return to work every 12 days according to the priority listing. At work they will still practice sanitation and distancing measures as much as possible, according to each company's and people's own discretion, not police mens' discretion.

Surveillance and data mining sites such as Facebook and Google will be publically monitorable and banned. Censoreship of lawful expression on Twitter and similar platforms will be banned.

Bill Gates, the CFR, the UN, the Club of Rome, etc and the WHO will be under heavy surveillance and the Clinton's will be arrested along with their pedo ring. Relations with the City of London, the IMF and the World Bank will be severed.

Prison systems will be heavily reformed, run by the state, regulated by the Fed. The new simplified tax system will prevent complicated loopholes businesses exploit.

Don't forget, civil disobedience and protest can be peaceful and absolutely should be if possible. Their surrender can happen without violence if we demand it.

After the march on Washington and coup by the people, (or help from Trump and gang) I would be happy to serve as the initial conductor who will then appoint other conductors to help decide who will come together to rewrite the Constitution and create the tests which sort applicants by party and score their aptitude. The conductors I propose are listed below.

The New Constitution will be upgradeable through a rigorous system of sound incorruptible checks and balances.

Civil liberties and God given inalienable rights will remain and extend to fetuses in the womb. The electoral college and the 3/5 nonsense will be blotted out. Most changes will be in regards to a distribution of power, safeguards against corruption and a more just and efficient economy for all.

Conductors will remain on board as moral guides throughout the process. I have nothing to gain by this but a better tomorrow for everyone. Or find someone best suited to do the job as long as they have no conflict of interest. I do have many other ideas that everything stated here does not fully unpack.

Remember, the Constitution was written because people had learned to do things better. It was a progressive experiment and was never meant to be made into a permanent absolute or revered as a god, hence the 2nd amendment. Thomas Jefferson, the one who was at the heart of a government for the people, believed the Constitution should have been regularly updated. Well, let's update it and let's get it right - or at least as close to right as we can.

Early English settlers in America viewed the right to arms and/or the right to bear arms and/or state militias as important for one or more of these purposes:

enabling the people to organize a militia system

participating in law enforcement

safeguarding against tyrannical government

repelling invasion

suppressing insurrection

facilitating a natural right of self-defense

The forefathers did not settle for the status quo and they truly brought about a better way, relatively speaking, to the rest of world history.

We can do much better and this is the perfect time for us do so, otherwise the inertia of government power, after recovering from this pandemic, may reorder things into such a spider-web that we may never again be free of this Leviathan.

Samuel Rutherford—who is extremely important to [Francis] Schaeffer—wrote “Lex Rex” (“law is king”), in 1644. This book, Schaeffer writes, “set forth the proper Christian response to non biblical acts by the state.” Schaeffer explains:

“Rutherford presents several arguments to establish the right and duty of resistance to unlawful government. First, since tyranny is satanic, not to resist it is to resist God—to resist tyranny is to honor God. Second, since the ruler is granted power conditionally, it follows that the people have the power to withdraw their sanction if the proper conditions are not fulfilled. The civil magistrate is a “fiduciary figure”—that is, he holds his authority in trust for the people. Violation of the trust gives the people a legitimate base for resistance.

“It follows from Rutherford’s thesis that citizens have a moral obligation to resist unjust and tyrannical government. While we must always be subject to the office of the magistrate, we are not to be subject to the man in that office who commands that which is contrary to the bible.

“Rutherford offered suggestions concerning illegitimate acts of the state. A ruler, he wrote, should not be deposed merely because he commits a single breach of the compact he has with the people. **Only when the magistrate acts in such a way that the governing structure of the country is being destroyed—that is, when he is attacking the fundamental structure of society—is he to be relieved of his power and authority.
