GIVE YOUR FEEDBACK - HOW CAN WE IMPROVE THE SUBREDDIT?

Hello Illinoisians!
I'd like to collect some feedback on how we can improve the subreddit. Its been a number of months since we started here and the community has grown substantially while the world around us has gone through a lot of change. Any feedback is welcome, this is your community so let us know what you want to see!
- Are the subreddit Rules still appropriate? Are they being adequately enforced?
- Are the links in the sidebar still useful? Any suggestions to add/remove?
- How are the existing post flairs, and should we add any additional ones?
- Should we add some user flairs?
- Any ideas on a replacement for the horrendous banner?
- Anything else is fair game too
