Where to report a Positive RAT test in NSW?

My housemate received a positive PCR result this morning, so I took an RAT and received a positive. Where are we supposed to report this please? I can’t find anything online, which is pretty concerning. Are RAT tests even being taken into consideration when reporting case numbers?
