QLD - Tested today - anyone know what the actual turnaround times are at the moment?

Hi all,
I got tested today (not a pleasant experience). Confident it's the flu as recently visited a friend after they received a negative diagnosis but just wondering what the actual turnaround times are in recent days from experience?
