‘Sunburnt’ sensation from Pfizer vaccine

I received my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine on Sunday. Yesterday I had my heart start racing to 176BPM. I’m contributing the increased heart rate to me being anxious about the vaccine (I was/still slightly hesitant).

In saying that, I also started to get a ‘sunburnt’ sensation all over my body and I still have it today.

Has anyone else had similar side effects? Should I go see a doctor ASAP?

Update: have spoken to GP, they are unsure as they haven’t heard of it being a serious symptom but to monitor and go to hospital if it gets worse.
