Need help scanning some books from the Division of Rare and Manuscript Collections in Kroch Library
Post Body

Hi,

I'm doing some research about summer camps. There are two books that I would like to read, and from what I've found they are only available in two places — Cornell and Yale.

I requested they be scanned but got an email from the Division of Rare and Manuscript Collections that "[d]ue to a critical staffing shortage we have had to temporarily pause responding to research questions and fulfilling scan requests from researchers outside of Cornell". In the email they recommended that I hire a student to help, so that's why I'm posting here.

Is anyone on campus and able to help me? What you'd need to do is request the two books through the library system, then go to the Division of Rare and Manuscript Collections in Kroch Library and either scan or photograph each page (each book has around 24 pages).

If anyone is interested, please let me know. I will pay you for helping me. Thanks!
