What to do... off-campus rent due in a couple of days, no money for food and $50 dollars in my bank account

And financial aid has not processed my aid and I can't even access financial aid information on Student Center, and I have late fees because of it. Am I expected to take a withdrawal or what? I will probably have to pay for that too. I have been emailing them for the past two months and minimal response. I usually get full financial aid because I don't come from a lot of money. Anyone else in a similar situation?

Edit: Called them, they processed my aid and now I just have to wait for the refund to go through.
