I was a TO for Fall of 2024 and for anyone that is saying that it is guaranteed, it is not. Humec gives 50 TOs out every year and nearly all will always get in. However this year, it was a spacing issue. Of the 50, I know of only 4 that got in and 15 others including myself that got rejected. There is also a group chat with all the accepted TOs and only 4 humec kids were in it meaning it’s probable even more got rejected. I’m a little annoyed at Cornell that it was a spacing issue this year (even said it in the letter) because now I’m now I’m lost for next year. But to all TOs for humec, try your best but do not listen to anything because we were told not enough kids transferred out.
