Old COPS episode

Thereâs an old episode of the tv show âCOPSâ where some hillbilly climbs a water tower and hilariously refuses to come down until the police bring his sister Nancy to the scene. He requires proof that it is indeed Nancy when she arrives, so she tells him a story about âwhen we were younger we used to go to the tall bridge down by the waterâ he then exclaims âokay thatâs Nancyâ and climbs down the tower. I canât for the life of me find this episode. Someone please help me.
