tips on holding for a few days?

hi everyone! looking for some tips on how to hold for 2-3 days. iām usually regular and have to go first thing in the morning. iām hoping to hold for at least 2 days so i can take a laxative and blow a diaper up lol. TIA! *not really interested in using plugs or anything
