Overcoming mental block?

Me and the wife have been working on scat play. She’s more then willing to be involved. She has no problem pooping in front of me and even leaves poop filled panties for me to play with. It seems like once we try for her to relieve herself on me she can’t. Any ideas how to over come that mental block?
