I just read this article about a British model who passed out during a photoshoot after not going to the bathroom for two weeks.
In that interview she admitted that she was totally unaware to the fact that most people have a bowel movement daily or every two days, and thought her routine of going once a week or less was normal. I remember reading other testimonials from other constipated people who grew up too thinking it is a usual think to shit once or twice in the week.
I really wonder how these people could go on thinking that their routine (plus the bloating, tummy aches and tough poops) was normal for so many years.
