Something that I have read and started thinking about when thinking about the future of my small channel. It seems that the penalties for mislabeling any video either way is the $42k fine that has been presented. To me, that means that if you mark your videos as kid-friendly and they aren't, then you get fined, and if you mark them as not kid-friendly, then you get fined. Is that correct or no? Because I would love to keep my videos up and continue posting, but I don't want to risk getting fined that much, especially since I don't make any money from my videos.
