Hi guys, I am planning to host a small dinner party for my birthday since I love cooking, especially for friends, but I have some trouble compiling the „perfect“ menu.
What I intend to do is a three course meal with the third meal not being sweet but savory, probably cheese based. In addition to that I have chosen some wines for each meal.
There are no dietary restrictions which need to be thought of.
Entree: Tuna tartare with roasted sesame seeds, served on a beetroot carpaccio with a rose-infused vinaigrette - accompanying drink will be Ruinart Rosé Main: Lamb filet with dauphinois potatoes and chimichurri - accompanying drink will be a 2015 St Emmillion Grand Cru „Dessert“: Fried feta cubes with ??? - accompanying drink will be a 2007 Alsatian Riesling
Anything you’d change? What would you add to the fried feta? Also open to completely change the last meal if you deem there is a more fitting option.
Thanks!
