Post Body
Not a veteran nor a newby to cooking but this is a first time for me making chicken parm, my grandfather made it really good and was his favorite. With his passing Iād like to learn to make it. When breading the chicken do I use a wet dredge or just put flour or should I do a flour then egg wash then bread crumbs ? Iām looking for the most authentic and best tasting way to make this dish, please help me thank you
