Slicing 2 chicken breasts instead of using 4
Post Body
I’ve noticed some recipes call for 2 chicken breasts halved. Others simply call for 4 breasts. Can I just cut 2 breasts in half and call it good or should I actually use 4 of them?
One full one seems pretty large for a serving sometimes.
