I am firing up my charcoal grill this weekend to do some smoking and I figured if I am smoking sausages and tomatoes, what else can I smoke? I am planning to smoke a couple of eggs, but I wanted to know what other vegetables people smoke. Any suggestions or recommendations for veggies to throw on?
Are there proportions or should I just eyeball it?
I used to (long ago - like far longer ago than I want to remember) smoke tomatoes for about 20 minutes. That's my plan here - do a light smoke and then take them off.
