I plan on opening a small French fry stand at an outlet mall I work for at the moment and Iโm at the phase of putting a menu together but I want to know more kinds of French fries. I donโt mean the cut, as I am going to be doing standard shoestring as statistics say that is the most popular in the area. I mean seasonings and toppings. Of course, I have the classics like cheese fries, bacon cheese, chili, etc. I also have seasonings like old bay as that is the most popular in the area, salt and pepper, salt and vinegar as that is also popular in the area, but Iโm interested in looking into more.
