I was digging through my mom's old kitchenware a while back, and I stumbled across a couple of knives. I took them home (she doesn't cook anymore), sharpened them up, and they've been great. But I didn't recognize the brand. They're both chef knives, one being the usual style, and the other is curved towards the tip, so it rocks really well. Google was less than helpful in my attempts to get some more information about them, so I decided to seek you guys out. Anything special about Regent Sherwood knives?
