Is there a food that always makes you reminisce on something? If so, what is that nostalgic dish/bake and what memory do you associate it with?

For me, one is randomly pineapple upside down cake- it makes me think of my mom when she was young! She used to make it every now again when I was a kid. It’s not a cake that you see a lot nowadays.
