So, my friends and I are having a hot wing contest, the rules are the hotter the better but also flavor matters, creativity will give bonus points. My plan is to deep fry the wings with my fried chicken recipe for an extra crispy crust. I plan on making a habanero and roasted pineapple sauce with lots of garlic and lime. What are some tips and tricks that I could use to give me an edge. We are each allowed to make one side or topping. I am planning on making roasted pineapple milkshakes to go with. I don't have a recipe decided for the sauce yet, I will likely mix and match several to get what I am looking for.
