Question about cooking Prime Rib
Post Body

Iā€™m going to be cooking a Prime Rib roast this weekend for 8 people. If I get two 5 pound roasts and cook them simultaneously in the oven, would I still have to cook them as if it were 10 pounds or would the time for a 5 pound roast be accurate? I will be checking the temp with a meat thermometer, but Iā€™m trying to time everything correctly. No one wants overcooked Prime Rib.

*Update: they came out perfectly! Right around 2 hours 15 minutes. Then tented resting for 30 minutes. Wish Iā€™d gotten a picture before they were devoured!
